The SoCo Slim Down Plan is a dedicated system for 

weight loss using semaglutide injections!

Semaglutide injections are a new and exclusive

treatment that can help patients achieve their weight

loss goals in a consistent and streamlined manner.

 

 

What is Semaglutide?

Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1)

receptor agonist that decreases body weight and

body mass. The injections help to reduce energy intake, appetite, and cravings while increasing controlled eating.

How to Start the SoCo Slim Down Plan

For a minimum of 16 weeks or a maximum of 52 weeks, patients will receive weekly semaglutide injections combined with changes to eating habits and physical activity of at least 150 minutes per week.

​

Patients' weight and abdominal circumference will be measured and monitored closely each week, along with any other major or minor occurrences. 

​

The SoCo Slim Down Plan starts with a consultation. Initial consultations do require a fee. 50% of the fee is then applied to a patients treatment plan. Insurance does not cover the SoCo Slim Down Plan or weight loss treatments and consultations for non-obese patients.

How to Qualify for the SoCo Slim Down Plan

The SoCo Slim Down Plan is for patients interested in losing a small amount of stubborn weight and patients who are not medically obese. You are encouraged to apply if: 

• You are 18 years and older

• You have proven difficulty losing weight
